000Warranty Policy
OPCOM Farm warrants to the original retail purchaser that the OPCOM Farm product covered by this limited warranty statement, If purchased and operated only in the purchased country, will be free due to defects on repairs and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase; in European Economic Area (EEA), the limited warranty is valid for a period of 2 years. For warranty service, you need to register the warranty on www.opcomfarm.com or provide proof of the date of original purchase.
If you don’t register the warranty in OPCOM Farm website and also doesn’t have any proof of the date of original purchase, the limited warranty period will start from the original shipping date from factory.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty covers only normal use in the purchased country. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not cover third party parts or components added to the OPCOM FARM product after its shipment from OPCOM Farm. OPCOM Farm is not responsible for warranty service the OPCOM FARM label or logo or the rating label or serial number be removed or should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, and lightning, improper electrical current, or service other than by an OPCOM Farm Authorized Servicer. If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced, you will be held responsible for the costs incurred.
What You Need To Do:
We will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim is in compliance with all terms of this limited warranty statement. For warranty service, you need to register the warranty on www.opcomfarm.com or provide proof of the date of original purchase.
To request warranty service, please email OPCOM Farm Customer Service info@opcom.com or go to RMA website page and follow the warranty repair instructions. A repair or replacement is required, you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, e-mail and photo, video, product serial number of defective products.
What OpcomLink Will Do:
Once we determine that a repair or replacement is required. OPCOM Farm will repair or replace your product without charge with a functionally equivalent replacement product. OPCOM Farm may replace your product with a product that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet OPCOM Farm specifications.
OPCOM Farm will pay to ship the replaced parts to you. By sending product for replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to OPCOM Farm. OPCOM Farm may send you replaced products are covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. UNLESS STATED HEREIN, ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATION MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSON OR FIRM ARE VOID.
Remedies:
Your exclusive remedy and OPCOM Farm’s entire liability for a material breach of this Agreement will be limited to a refund of the price paid for the OPCOM Farm products covered by this Agreement. Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within 3 months of the expiration date of the warranty. OPCOM Farm is not liable for performance delays or for nonperformance due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Except as provided in this written warranty, neither OPCOM Farm nor its affiliates shall be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage, including direct, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, cost of substitute equipment, downtime, claims of third parties, including customers, or injury to property, resulting from the use or inability to use the OPCOM Farm products, whether resulting from a breach of warranty or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on warranties or remedies for breach in certain transactions. In such jurisdictions, the limits in this paragraph and the preceding paragraph may not apply.
Arbitration, Governing Laws:
Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be settled by arbitration, before a single arbitrator to be conducted in Taiwan Taipei District Court, in accordance with the commercial Arbitration Rules of the Taiwan Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan.
